Ingredients

2-3 servings
  1. 1big bowl of coriander(small bunch)
  2. 1onion
  3. 1tomato
  4. 1-2green chillies
  5. 1/2 inchginger
  6. 3-4boiled potatoes
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 tspjaljeera powder
  9. 1/4 tsphaldi powder
  10. 1 tspjeera (cumin seeds)
  11. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  12. 1/2 tspcumin powder(jeera powder)
  13. 2-3 tbspoil
  14. Pinchhing
  15. as required Water

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and keep the coriander.

    Take tomato, onion, ginger and green chilli and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Boil and peel the potatoes. Chop into medium pieces. Sprinkle little salt.

    In a grinder add coriander, tomato, onion, green chilli and ginger and add little water and make a smooth paste and keep aside.

    In a kadai take little oil and shallow fry the potatoes till nice crispy.

    In a kadai take oil add jeera and pinch of hing and add the coriander puree and cook till it boils. Simmer the gas and cover and cook on low flame for 5-7 mins. Then add haldi powder, jeera powder, dhaniya powder, jaljeera powder and salt to taste and cook for 2-3 mins.

    Then add fried potatoes and mix well.Cook for 2 mins more and serve with roti or paratha.
