Cooking Instructions

Wash and cut all vegetables.

Heat oil in kadhai, put onion and fry till golden.

Now add cabbage, potatoes, green chilies, salt and very little water, stir nicely. Cover and cook on low medium heat till all water evaporates and vegetables get nicely cooked.

Check salt and stir nicely. It's ready serve with hot chapatis.
