In a bowl add khoya,paneer and maida and mix well rubbing with your palm. Make a smooth dough and cover it for 10 minutes.

Heat a pan and add water and sugar for sugar syrup. Make one thread consistency. Add cardamom powder and mix. Remove from heat. Cover and keep aside.

Now make lemon sized balls from the prepared dough of khoya. Keep it on your palm and make smooth round balls.

Heat oil in a kadhai. Fry all prepared gulab jamun on medium heat. Fry till golden brown in colour and remove from oil.now add this in prepared sugar syrup. Cover and keep aside for 1 hour.

After one hour remove from sugar syrup and cover all gulab jamun with desiccated coconut one by one. After covering with desiccated coconut keep it in a plate and serve.
