Cooking Instructions

Cut almonds into slivers. Microwave them for 2 minutes. Keep aside to cool.

Cut chocolate into chunks. Microwave for 1minute 30 seconds,, by taking out after 30 seconds & mixing well.

Remove from microwave & stir constantly till it cools down slightly.

Line a tray with butter paper.

Mix almonds with chocolate. Stir well.

Take out half tablespoon scoops of almond- chocolate mixture & add to butter paper.

Keep in fridge to set for 3 hours.

When done, remove & wrap individual pieces in foil & keep refrigerated.

Notes:- 1) I used dark compound. You can use milk chocolate or a combination of both. (2) Compound can be substituted with pure chocolate.
