Ingredients

  1. Vegetables like potatoes, onion, tomatoes, peas, capsicum, cauliflower, green colander, ginger, garlic
  2. Bread, butter, chilli powder, turmeric powder, pav bhaji Masala, colander powder and salt

Cooking Instructions

    Boiled potatoes and cauliflower with peas and capsicum for 3-4 min only.

    Now take a pan and add 2spoon butter or oil and roast chopped onion for 2-3min.

    Add garlic paste 1 spoon and ginger paste 1 spoon in roasted onion.

    Now add 2 chopped tomatoes and pav bhaji Masala and chilli powder and turmeric powder,salt as your taste and colander powder mix it well.

    After this add boiled potatoes, cauliflower, peas mixed it well and cover pan 2-3 min for cook.

    Now mash all vegetable with Masala smooth. Add some chopped green colander. Our bhaji is ready.

    Take pav and cut it in middle and toast it with butter.

  8. 8

    Take some chopped onion and mix vinegar in it.
