  • 2large tomatoes
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • 1bell pepper
  • salt
  • dhania

Steps

  1. 1

    Shallow fry your fish fillets in a pan and set aside

    Cut the onions.fry them until golden brown

    Add in the hoho

    Add in your cubed tomatoes. Cook until they form a paste

    Add your fish fillets and cook for few minutes. Add in Shania to garnish
