Agathi Keerai Koottu
Steps

Wash drain the Agathi keerai and cook it with Toor dal, Garlic, Turmeric powder in a cooker.

Fry in a pan all the ingredients under Grind to paste without oil and make it a fine paste.

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, red chilli and wait till it splutters. Now add the cut onion and tomato, Salt and saute till cooked.

Now add the cooked dal and keerai and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Add the grounded paste to the pan, mix well and allow it to cook for 3 minutes. Agathi Keerai curry is now ready.
