Wash the chicken. Add lemon juice, salt, turmeric, curd. Mix.

Cut onions finely. Make ginger garlic paste.

Take a flat pan with oil, heat it with jeera/cumin. Add onions and ginger-garlic paste. Cook for 2 minutes until it starts sticking to the bottom.

Add chicken. Mix. Cook for 10 minutes on low flame.

Add chilli powder, dhaniya powder. Cook it for another 10 minutes.

Add garam masala, finely chopped coriander and mint. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add cheese and mayonnaise in 1:1 ratio. Cook for 3 minutes.

Cut buns, toast them, spread ketchup. Add the meat and serve.
