Ingredients

  1. 5-6sweet potatoes
  2. 1 tbspghee
  3. 1 cupmaida
  4. 2 cupswater
  5. 1 cupjaggery powder
  6. 1 tspfennel seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the sweet potatoes with water. Cut this into small pieces. Now add this to boil till this becomes soft.

    In a pan, put the jaggery, and water and make chashney using that.

    Now, peel the boiled potatoes, mix with flour, jaggery, fennel seeds and make small balls using that

    Heat ghee in a pan, fry the balls into this.

  5. 5

    Lastly, dip the balls into the chashney
