Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice
  • 2 cupscurd
  • 1 tbspchana dal
  • 1 tbspcurry leaves
  • 2red dry chilli
  • 1green chilli
  • 1/2 tsphing
  • 1 tspmustard seed
  • 1 tspcoriander leaves
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak chana dal for 1 hr. Mix curd and rice in a bowl.

    Heat oil, when hot add mustard seed, hing, green chilli, curry leaves and mix well. Now add chana dal. Mix it again. Put it on the curd rice.

    Garnish with coriander leaves and red chilli powder.
