Ingredients

  • 200 gWhite fish sashimi (raw fish)
  • 200 ccCoconut milk
  • 1Lemon
  • Halfan Onion
  • 1Tomato
  • Halfan Apple produced in Toyohira
  • 2Potatoes (Haruka)
  • 2Table Spoons of Vinegar
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 1 pinchPepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the raw fish into bite-size chunks, and sprinkle salt onto the fish, leave it for 3 to 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Mix with vinegar and salt in a bowl, and put it in the refrigerator.

  3. 3

    Slice the onion and apples, dice tomatoes. (Put the sliced onions in some water.)

  4. 4

    When the fish becomes white, wash it with water and drain the water from the fish using kitchen paper.

  5. 5

    Squeeze lemon over the vegetables and fish, add salt, pepper and coconut milk.
