4 servings
  1. 200 grams(½ cup) Condensed milk
  2. 200 grams(½ cup)For Condensed milk making(u can use ready made condensed milk)
  3. 500 mlMilk
  4. 1 cupSugar
  5. 1 pinch Baking Soda
  6. Forbaked yogurt ingredients
  7. 250 gmsYogurt/card
  8. 200 gms Condensed milk(u can use ready made condensed milk)
  9. 1/2 tspCastor sugar (powder sugar)
  10. 300 gmsFresh cream - 200 grams(I used fresh malai)
  11. Few drops Vanilla /Rose/any essence

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

For Condensed milk making(u can use ready made condensed milk).

  2. 2

First, take a pan, then pour in the milk and add the sugar.
Heat this up in medium-high flame, stirring regularly. It should take about 20 to 25 minutes for it to reduce. Milk can froth up and boil over anytime, keep an eye.
We just need to stir this and cook, that's it. Suddenly after 17-18 mins you should see a very vibrant colour to it and the texture will be very frothy.

  3. 3

Switch off the gas and add the baking soda(optional). Then Stir it well and then let it cool. Then ready the condensed milk.

  4. 4

Now it's time to the baked yougurt.

  5. 5

Put yogurt, cream(I used fresh malai), condensed milk and vanilla/Rose/any essence in a bowl and whisk well.

  6. 6

Now pour the mixture into individual micro safe  bowls.

  7. 7

    Preheat oven to 180°C.

  8. 8

Pour some water in a baking tray and place the bowls in the tray. Put the tray in the pre-heated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.

  9. 9

Remove from oven and cool down to room temperature. Refrigerate for minimum 25-30 minutes or overnight is the best. Serve it chilled.
