Ingredients

  1. 2whole chicken
  2. 2 tbspcurd
  3. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. 2 tspblack pepper powder
  5. 2 tspgaram masala powder
  6. 2 bunchcoriander leaves
  7. 1 bunchmint leaves
  8. 7-8green chillies
  9. To tasteSalt
  10. 2 tbspfresh cream
  11. 2 tbspmaida/All purpose flour
  12. As neededOil
  13. 1small cabbage
  14. 1medium size onion
  15. 1fresh lemon

Cooking Instructions

    Take a jar add curd,gingergarlic paste,garam masala powder,black pepper powder,salt,cream,coriander leaves,green chillies,mintleaves grind it to fine paste add add maida and mix well.

    Now wash the chicken..let the water dries up add the chicken to the greeny mixture for 2 to 3 hours,take out in a baking pan,preheat oven on 200 degree for 10mins and bake for 40 mins (keep turning the chicken in between)

    To the remainin green mixture..add very little oil to the big vessel cook the gravy till oil separates from sides and add the baked chicken to it,turn on both the sides,then heat up the charcoal..take a very small bowl add the hot charcoal to it keep on the chicken,pour the ghee on the top of the charcoal and close the lid for 20 mins.

    Serve the plate with cabbage,some onions..keep the chicken in between and add fresh lemon to it,serve hot👍
