Steps

Clean properly ginger, and pound a bit

Put in blender, add little water and blend to smooth
- 3
Turn into pot adding more water (as required), put on fire and allow to boil
- 4
Remove from fire allow to cool
- 5
Use clean sieving cloth to squeeze out the juice removing the chaff
- 6
Add the coloring, foster Clark and sugar to taste (not much please)

Wash clean and cut oranges into to half and squeeze out the juice in a cup
- 8
Pour in the orange juice into the ginger drink and stir
- 9
Best serve chilled
