In a parat take atta and mix dry masala like red chilli,salt,jeera, ajwain and mix dn add moaen and mix well with both hands and u can check moen by pressing it with ur hands,if it binds dn it's perfect,dn add onion finely chopped,green chillies finely cut, corriender and make yight dough

Then flaten it on chakla little thick and cut with any katory for perfect shape and on slow to medium flame make three to four on tawa with little oil on both sides till light brown and crispy

Serve with curd or tea

Served with the homemade mango pickle I made recently, homemade dahi/yogurt ,fresh green chutney and of course my beloved papad!.I kneaded to a stiff dough misa flour( can use 2:1 rice flour : besan) with finely chopped onions, green chillies, cilantro, red chilli powder , some oil and some ! Patted out discs and cooked on low to medium flame . Just I like this dish (cutlets) from my family. When I 1st time made this before 3yr, from that time I used to make this, and specially make extra roties for this.
