Steps

Take poha in large strainer. Wash it 1-2 times gently by shifting them with your fingers under running water. Drain the excess water through a strainer.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds; when they start to splutter, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, peanuts and a pinch of asafoetida. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and add chopped boil potatoes. Mix well and cook for a minute.

Add poha. Cook for 5 mins and serve with namkeen, Tomato sauce, lemon
