In one pot put chopped onion, ginger, garlic,kaju,badam,melon seeds.add two cup water and boil it for 10 mnts.stain keep stock aside and make paste of rest adding shah jeera and little stock keep adide

Heat pan put oil add whole garam masala.noe add paste cook till oil comes out.now add dahi,dry masala powder, salt, little sugar mix add saffron and stock cook now add paneer pieces cook little. It's ready.serve with jeera rice or chapati.
