  • 4green cardemoms
  • 4cloves
  • 1 tspCummin seeds
  • 1/2 tblsginger chopped
  • 1/2 tblsgarlic chopped
  • 5medium onions chopped
  • 1/2 tblsred chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 1/2 tblscoriander powder
  • 3tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 3green chillies chopped
  • [ Chicken Curry Gravy ] =
  • 2 tblsoil
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tblsginger chopped
  • 1/2 tblsgarlic chopped
  • 1 tspfenugreek leaves
  • 1onion diced
  • 1/2 tspturmeric
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 cupcashew nuts / Almond paste
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1 tblsfresh Coriander leaves
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 1 inchginger Julian
  • 1 tspdried fenugreek leaves
  • 1/3 cupcream

Steps

    First step Hai marination ka. Chicken mein yogurt, salt, chilli powder, turmeric ginger garlic paste or black pepper daal kar achi terha mix karein or cover kar ke fridge min rakh dien. Eik Wok lien uss miem oil garam kar ke sabut masala jaar dalien jab khushboo aany lgy to ginger garlic paste daal dien. (Marinate chicken at least for 1 hour).

    Eik minute ke baad onions chopped/paste daalien or pink hony to pakayein. Jab colour change hony lggy chilli powder, turmeric or coriander powder daalien sath pani daal kar 1 minute bhoon lien.

    Phir tomatoes chopped/puree daal dein or achi terha pakayein 2 minutes baad is mien se half masala nikal lien Baki Wok mein hi rehny dein. Ab wok mien marinated chicken daal kar mix kerin or cover kar ke pakny dien jab tak chicken gall Jaye or pani khushk hony lggy.

    Ab eik alag Wok mien oil daalien us mien cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste paste dalien mix kar kar diced onions daal dien. Ab remaining half msala Jo nikala Tha uss mein chilli powder, turmeric or coriander powder daal kar achi terhan cook kar lien.

    Mixer mien blanched Almonds or cream Mila kar paste bana lien.

    Or ye Almond cream paste tomatoes or diced onion min daalien sath hi fenugreek leaves or green chillies bhi daal dien 1 Minute cook kar ke ye sari Gravy chicken mien daal kar achi terhan mix kar lien.

    Achi terha bhoonien ta ke oil surface par any lggy. Last mien Fresh coriander or Garam masala daal dein or ginger Julian daal kar garam tandoori roti ke sath serve krein.
