Ingredients

  • 3eggs
  • 1onion
  • 1large garlic
  • Halfspoon of vegeta (or pepper and salt)
  • 255 gTuna in oil
  • 550 grice
  • 0/5 dlvegetable oil
  • 2 spoonstomato paste
  • 500 gBread crumbs
  • For serving:
  • Halfmarinated lemon
  • 100 gruccola
  • 2Spring onions
  • 100 gSour Cream with lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté the onion and garlic.

    Mix tuna, tomato paste, 1 egg, sautéed onion, spices and the rice together. Dip the mix into the eggs and the breadcrumbs

    Fry them until they are 1 minute from Hash Brown.
