Ingredients

  1. 1 cuphung curd
  2. 1medium size apple
  3. 1small pear
  4. 1banana
  5. 1 tsphot milk
  6. 1 tspSaffron strands
  7. 3small vanilla cupcake
  8. 3-4 tbspsugar

Cooking Instructions

    Take curd in a cotton cloth and hang it overnite now take out the hubg curd add sugar and saffron milk (take a spoon of hot milk dissolve saffron it in) mix well

  2. 2

    Take a vanilla sponge cupcake cut into any shape or crumble,add to the serving tray in the bottom,then add the shrikhand mixture on 2nd layer,add chopped pear and banana on 3rd layer, again spread shrikhand on 4th layer and lastly garnish with some chopped apples,refrigerate for sometime and serve chill
