  1. 1 1/2 cup plain flour
  2. 3eggs
  3. 1 1/3 cup powderd sugar
  4. 1 cupmelted butter
  5. 1 tspvanilla essence
  6. 1/3 tspcardamom powder
  7. 1 tspbaking powder
  8. 1/3 tspbaking soda
  9. 10chopped cashew nuts
  10. 4cashews nuts
  11. 15raisins
  12. 10chopped amond
  13. 4amonds
  14. 15chopped dates

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add butter and sugar. Mix until smooth paste. Add egg 1 by 1and mix well. Add vanilla essence and mix well. In another bowl add flour, cardamom powder, baking powder and soda. Mix well and sieve. Add slowly in the batter in three times. Mix well. Add little bit flour to chopped nuts, raisins,dates &Add to the bater. Mix well. In the cake tin brush butter and sprinkle little bit flour. Pour batter into the tin. Add rest of nuts on the top.

    In the preheated oven bake for 1&1/2 hours in 165°c in convection mode. Affter 40 minutes put alluminium foil on cake tin to avoid being extra Black. Let the cake totally cool and then demould it.Cut and serve.
