Heat oil add whole Garam masala, onions sliced, saute it add potato diced, green peas, grind Palak green chillies ginger garlic to purée, salt.

Add this to onion potatoes and peas, add green chutney (I have used mint and coriander) too, let it cook add water bring it to boil and add salt as required, add washed and soaked rice, cover and cook.
