Sahi veg khichdi

First of all, take khichdi mixture ie rice and green moong split dal(with skin) wash it properly and keep aside.

Now in pressure cooker heat some ghee and some oil and then put shahi jeera asafoetida curry leaves and saute onion with chilli ginger garlic paste and then add tomatoes till tender. Add all chopped vegetables and masalas.

Add 2 cups water and close lid make 2-3 whistles khichdi is ready garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with curd or raita.
