  • Cooking cream
  • Natural tomato sauce
  • Cumin
  • Turmeric
  • Curry powder
  • Ground pepper
  • Salt
  • Onion
  • Chopped parsley
  • Garlic

    Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Once the onion and garlic are almost golden, add the chicken breasts and continue cooking everything slowly until the chicken is well-sealed and has released its juices.

    Add the natural tomato sauce and mix everything well. (Keep on medium heat) Once done, add 1 teaspoon of curry powder, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, and a pinch of cumin. Mix everything well again and add the cream. Add 2 more teaspoons of curry powder, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, and chopped parsley. Mix well and taste.

    I LOVE basmati rice! It's very easy to cook, hard to overcook (15 min.), and has a wonderful aroma. At the end, I sprinkle basil over the dish.

Me gusta la cocina desde que tengo uso de razón y me ponía hacer mis primeras tortillas francesa.. Mi primera receta de peque solo en casa, recuerdo encontrar un libro de recetas y fui pasando apenas sin mirar. sólo miraba los ingredientes a ver si tenía todo lo necesario para entretenerme. y di con la primera, Tomates rellenos.. Algún día subiré la receta. al ver las caras de mi familia al probarlo y decir está buenísimo. Me encanta esa sensación, es como entregar un regalo y ver que le gusta que as acertado. yo en general no soy muy goloso.. simplemente me gusta la cocina, me relaja, aprendo y me lo paso pipa. otro dato personal y me apetece adjuntar. Soy tetrapléjico aunque muchos podrán decir que no o no saver bien que significa es normal. no muevo ninguno de los dedos de las manos (por lo que ni cierro ni abro las manos) ni piernas ni nada x supuesto. pero bueno... mi comportamiento es como si nada pasará, no pido ningún tipo de ayuda, es más me pongo nervioso si invaden mi espacio jajaja. Aunque parezca mentira. me busque la manera de poder hacer y disfrutar de algo de lo que más me gusta, la cocina. No lo digo por dar pena ni mucho menos... no me va ese rollo. Pero quizás a más de una persona le ayude como motivación y todo lo que se quiera se puede. Abrazo Canario Solé RS
