Chop all veg and cook in boiling water, cream and milk for approx 45 min till soft

Blend together and enjoy!!

For the bread : mix the flour salt yeast and oil

Add water and mix until you form a dough but be careful not to make too sticky

Coat palms of hands in a bit of oil and lightly flour the dough and begin to need the dough for approx 10 mins

Place dough in a bowl and cover with a cloth or cling film and leave to rise at room temperature for around half an hour or until it has doubled in size

Need the dough again for 5 min to get excess air out and leave to rise again for half hour and after 15mins heat oven up at 190°

Lightly coat with oil and place in bread tin or cut on to small baggette sized shapes or place on baking tray in a cob shape and cut 1cm slits at top of dough

Sprinkle cheese on top

Put water in a tray at bottom of oven to make steam

Cook for approx 20 mins
