Ingredients

  1. 2 cupwhite channe(chickpeas)
  2. To tastesalt
  3. As neededwater
  4. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1 tspchana masala
  6. 1 tbspoil
  7. 1 tspgaram masala
  8. 1 tspchopped coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Wash & soak the channas overnight.

  2. 2

    Boil them next day in a cooker.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan & add tomato puree. cook oil spreads from corners & add all the masalas

  4. 4

    Open the cooker & add the cooked masala.cook till water absorbs.

  5. 5

    Serve hot.
