Ingredients

  • 2Minted lamb shanks brought from Smith & Ellis butchers in a vac bag
  • (Can be plain lamb if you prefer)

Steps

  1. 1

    Half fill your slow cooker pot with water.

  2. 2

    Turn on to high (although can be low- I prefer high)

    Leave the lamb shanks in the bag and place in the water.

    Pop the slow cooker lid on and leave for a good 8 hours or until you’re ready to eat!
