By far the best lamb I have ever tasted and I’m not a lamb lover!
Cooking Instructions

Half fill your slow cooker pot with water.
- 2
Turn on to high (although can be low- I prefer high)
- 3
Leave the lamb shanks in the bag and place in the water.
- 4
Pop the slow cooker lid on and leave for a good 8 hours or until you’re ready to eat!

I love sausage & peppers. It can be added on top of pasta or on a hero roll. Either way it is good. But with an active little one that always has me on the go, it was becoming harder to make.That is until I decided to go out on a limb and try to make it in a slow cooker. Not sure how it would come out, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it tasted the exactly how I like it.The peppers and onions were made the way that I like them. Al dente.
