Firstly, wash your dal, properly,take a pressure cooker place dal in the cooker, add 2 cup water, Salt and turmeric powder. Cover with lid. In the medium flame for 4 whistles and daal cooked well.

Now, take a pan add oil heat, add ginger garlic paste, saute it, add onion saute for 5 min. Then it's looks brown add tomato add salt, green chilli, and all ingredients. It's make good mixture. All masala place in the pressure cooker, add 1 tbsp desi ghee,garam masala and chopped coriander leaves. Cover the pressure cooker with the lid,cook dal simmer for 10 min.
