Ingredients

  • 2 cupsbesan
  • 2 tbspginger paste
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 2-3Green chiles
  • Fewcurry leaves
  • Pinchhing
  • 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  • as requiredSalt, sugar oil and fruit salt
  • 1 tbspcurd and lemon juice
  • as requiredchopped coriander leaves

Steps

    First, take the besan, add salt, lemon juice, ginger paste, sugar and curd. Mix them well. Now add water to make a batter. Now in a small bowl take 2 teaspoons of oil add 1 teaspoon of fruit salt. Mix it with the batter and instantly pour it into the mould. Micro for 2 mins.

    Now for the tadka in a kadai add oil, the mustard seeds hing, curry leaves, green chiles. Add water then add salt and sugar. Let the sugar melt add chopped coriander leaves. Now put this on the dhokla cut and serve it with green chutney or peanut or coconut chutney.
