Ingredients

  1. Ingredients:
  2. 1 cupfinger millet/Ragi flour -
  3. 1/2 cupFlax seeds ground -
  4. 2 TbspSunflower seeds -
  5. 3 TbspPumpkin seeds -
  6. 1 1/2 cupDates -
  7. Ghee - 1 Tsp (Optional)
  8. 1 TbspSesame seeds -
  9. Brown sugar - 2 Tsp (Optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast ragi flour along with ghee and flaxseed till you get a nice aroma.

  2. 2

    Powder sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Grind the dates and add all the ground ingredients to the ragi flour and mix well.

  4. 4

    Then add sesame seeds and make small sized laddus. Enjoy this healthy iron and protein-rich laddu.

    Notes: For more sweet mix brown sugar along with sesame seeds
