Wash and cut bindi

Heat a pan add 2 teaspoon mustard oil add ajmain and hing wait colour change

Now add turmeric red chilli and salt mix proper.Cover with a lid and one bowl of water top on the lid to cook the bindi in low medium flame and keep stirring in between leave till they proper cook

After add Coriander powder and mango powder mix and turn off flame

Serve with paratha,puri or roti
