Take Raw barley wash and soak in water at least 3 to 4 hours. Then put barely into Pan and add 2 cups water.

Cook this on medium low heat till there is half cup remaining water in pan. Now add milk in it.

Add Sugar and dates after adding milk. Now cook on low flame till Porridge gone thick.

Drizzle honey on top and decore with some dates slices. Tasty plus really healthy barley porridge is ready. Serve hot or cold as desired.
