Assemble the ingredients for raw mango sharbot

Boil mango for 5 minutes. Once it is done. Cool it and peel the skin of the mango.. Take out mango pulp. Keep aside.

Grind mango pulp, rock salt, roasted cumin powder, black pepper, sugar as needed and few mints, and crushed ginger. Add water and blend it.

Once it is done. Transfer to serving glass. Ready to serve chill Raw Mango Shorbat
