Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsminced beef / lamb
  2. 2 tbspTomato sauce
  3. 1/2 tbspCinnamon powder
  4. 1/2 tbspWhite pepper powder
  5. 1/2 tbspCardamom powder
  6. 1/4 tbspMace powder
  7. 1 tbspGinger paste
  8. 1 tbspGarlic paste
  9. 1/2 tbspRed chili powder
  10. 2 tbspOnion chopped
  11. 1 tbspCoriander leaf
  12. 1/2 tbspor more Green chili chopped
  13. 1 slicebread soaked in water and drained
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. 1egg
  16. 2 tbspBiscuit crumbs
  17. For dipping & frying
  18. 2-3eggs beaten
  19. Bread crumbs
  20. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Mix everything well in a bowl.

    Make small ball and then flatten like a thick cutlet with hands.

  3. 3

    Fry the kebab chop / cutlet in deep oil. Before dropping the cutlet in the oil lightly soak the cutlets in beaten egg.
