Soak the rice,and add khada masala, salt and 1 tsp ghee in it along with 8 cups of water.

When rice is done strain it. Take a pan add 1/2 cup of oil, heat oil and fry onion crisp & keep them out.

Add the onion and tomatoes mixture in the remaining oil. When the masala was cooked add all the veggies and paneer.

When veggies and paneer soften add routine spices and curd, our curry is ready. Get a pot and grees it with ghee and put layers of the curry and rice one by one.

Add ghee and fried onions on the top and put the pot simmer for 10 mins and your paneer biryani is ready to go.
