Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupmalai
  • 1 Cupfull fat milk
  • 2 spoonspowdered sugar
  • 10-15Almonds
  • 1 spoonElaichi powder
  • 1/2 spoonsaffron strands soaked in 1 tbsp milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Add in bowl all ingredients and blend and mix in to thick paste.

    After that add in cake container or kulfi mould.

  3. 3

    Put in freezer overnight. Next day take in the bowl and garnish with almonds.

    Ready to serve.
