Nutella and Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Cooking Instructions

Sift the flour with the baking powder and baking soda, and set aside.

Mix the butter with the brown and white sugars, then add the eggs and vanilla, and beat together.

Add the flour and a pinch of salt to the mixture and knead by hand until it holds together, then refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Prepare parchment paper and place small dollops of Nutella, peanut butter, and peanut butter in medium-sized dots, then freeze for 10 minutes.

Prepare a small cupcake pan and grease it with a little butter. Take out the dough, form small balls, make a hole in the center, then fill with the Nutella and peanut butter mixture.

You can either close the cookies on top or leave them open, as you prefer. I did both ways.

Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, then remove. It's best to eat them warm or heat them in the microwave before serving. Enjoy 💖
