Ingredients

  1. 1 kgboiled tripe
  2. 2large Onions
  3. 1 tbsptomato paste
  4. 1chili
  5. 1 bunchparsley
  6. 1 tbspgarlic/ginger paste
  7. 2royco cubes
  8. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Fry the tripe in its own oil for 3-5mins. Reduce heat, Add onions and chili cook till translucent. Add garlic/ginger paste stirring in the crushed cubes and salt.

    Add tomato paste constantly stirring. Once it's cooked, add the parsley stir and remove from heat. Serve hot
