She meant to make her favorite, yang zhou fried rice, but this is all we had in the fridge! Who said fried rice had to be exact?

Ingredients

  1. 3eggs
  2. 1/4onion; diced
  3. 2Chinese sausages; cut diagonally
  4. Rice
  5. 2-3garlic cloves; minced
  6. Garlic salt
  7. Garlic powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Scramble your eggs in a pan with some oil. Set aside.

  2. 2

    While still on med-high heat, add more oil and cook the sausage for about 1 min. Add the garlic & onion and sauté until onion is translucent.

    Little bit of garlic salt, little more garlic powder, put the eggs back, and

  4. 4
