Ingredients

  1. 1/4cooked yam
  2. 2scotch bonnets
  3. 1onion medium
  4. Spices (curry,thyme,black pepper,garlic powder,paprika
  5. 1egg
  6. 1/2 cupflour
  7. Left over mincemeat
  8. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    In a motar crush scotch bonnets,onion spices and seasoning,add ur cooked yam and pound until soft

  2. 2

    Transfer into a bowl then add ur left over mincemeat,use hand and mix it very well

  3. 3

    Spread oil in ur palm and mold into circle shape, in a small bowl combine flour with paprika and garlic powder,coated the balls with flour

  4. 4

    Allow to chill in fridge for 30 minute,crack one egg,deep inside

  5. 5

    Fry in a hot oil until golden brown

  6. 6

    Serve and enjoy😋
