Wash and soak dal for 10-15 mins.

Now put dal in cooker.

Add salt and haldi.

Pour 1 glass of water.

Cover and pressure cook it for 1-2 whistles.

Now release pressure and mix dal properly.

Transfer dal to serving bowl.

Now sprinkle all dry spices over dal.

Now heat oil in tadka pan.

Put jeera and let it crackle.

Now pour it on Dal.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve with puri.
