Steps

For dal... Wash dal thoroughly and add water and other ingredients and cook upto 3 whistles. (Depending upon pressure cooker).

For tadka.. Heat oil in a pan and other garlic cloves to it after that add jeera to it. When jeera starts cracking add heeng to it

After that add onions and cook for 2 min and then add tomatoes to it. Close the lid and allow the tomatoes to tender.

When tomatoes are tendered add all the spices and greens to it. Allow to cook for 2 min on low flame
- 5
After that put the flame of and put tadka in pressure cooker. Save little of tadka for garnish. Ready to serve. Serve hot.
