Ingredients

  1. 1.1 lbsshrimp
  2. 7 tablespoonsall-purpose flour
  3. 4 tablespoonstapioca flour⁣
  4. 1 1/2 tablespoonsoyster sauce
  5. 1egg⁣
  6. 3 tablespoonssesame oil
  7. Seasoning:
  8. 7 clovesgarlic, minced
  9. 2red bird's eye chilies, thinly sliced⁣
  10. 3large red chilies, chopped⁣
  11. 1green onion, thinly sliced⁣
  12. 2kaffir lime leaves, thinly sliced⁣
  13. 1 stalklemongrass⁣
  14. 1/2 teaspoonpepper
  15. 1/2 teaspoonsalt⁣
  16. 3 tablespoonscooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the tapioca flour, all-purpose flour, and salt. Stir well.⁣

    Place the shrimp in a bowl, add the oyster sauce, egg, and pepper. Mix and let sit for 10 minutes.⁣

    Coat the shrimp with the flour mixture. ⁣

    Heat the oil and fry the coated shrimp until golden brown, then set aside.
