Mix Daal instant Masala Dosa

Cooking Instructions

Wash and clean all daal and rice. Soak them in water for 4-5 hours.

In a separate bowl take a few curry leaves, cumin seeds, dry red chilli. Soak them and keep aside.

After the daal and rice are done. Take a mixture jar and add them and the curry leaves mix and grind.

Take it out in another bowl after. Add salt to taste

Now for masala. Take a pan with 1 tbsp oil. Once heated add cumin mustard seeds, urdad daal and few curry leaves. As it starts cracklings add onions and sauté until golden brown

Once onion is golden brown add, chopped boiled potato, haldi powder and salt. Mix well. Keep aside your masala is ready

Take a dosa tava. Heat properly. Take the dosa mixture and spread over tava in a round shape. Cook in medium heat.

Now your instant healthy mixed daal masala dosa is ready. Serve with your potato masala and any choice of chutney.
