Keep a cooker pour oil and ghee add cashew bay leaf stone flower green chilli onion and saute till onion turns golden brown.Add coriander and mint leaves and salt

Soak basmati rice for 20 minutes

Add tomato add salt and cook till tomato turns soft.

Add chicken pieces add ginger and garlic paste red chilli powder cinnamon clove cardamom garam masala and mix well.now add thick curd.mix well.keep in low flame.

Now add water 3,3/4 cups.once it started boiling add the rice and cover the cooker.After 1 whistle switch off the flame and sprinkle food.colour water leave it for 15 minutes.

Now open and serve hot..
