Ingredients

  1. 3 cupscassava flour
  2. Scotch bunnet
  3. Onions
  4. Halfcup of garri
  5. Seasoning
  6. Hot water

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl sieve the cassava flour, add garri greated, onion and scotch bunnet, then seasoning and mix them

  2. 2

    Add fish and hot water and combine the mixture until well smooth

  3. 3

    Scoop out the mixture and flatten it with your hands, continuously until you are done

  4. 4

    Add oil in a pan and start frying when the is hot, until brownish

  5. 5

    Take it out of the oil and serve
