  3. 1 cupsamolina(rava)
  4. Masala:
  5. 1 tablespoonGinger garlic green chilli paste
  6. 1/2 tablespoonturmeric powder
  7. 1 tablespoonsugar
  8. 2 tablespoonlemon juice
  9. 1 tablespoonoil
  10. 1 tablespoonsalt
  11. 1 tablespooneno
  12. For tadka
  13. 2 tablespoonoil
  14. 1 tablespoonmustard seeds
  15. 6-7curry leaves
  16. Garnish it with green coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Soak mug dal for 20 min in hot water.Take soaked dal and add rava and all masala in mixer jar.grind it.make paste medium consistency.add eno at last And mix it.

    Take one bowl.apply oil and pour the paste.put it in a preheated pan.Steam it for 15 to 20 min.check it using knife in middle.if it get clears out.dan dhokla is ready

    Tadka:Take pan and add oil,heat it and add mustard seeds and curry leaves.cook it for 1 min.give tadka on dhokla.garnish it with green coriander.
