Ingredients

25 pcs or more
  1. falafel mixture:
  2. 1/2kl. Falafel dough
  3. 1egg
  4. 2 spoonflour all-purpose
  5. 3 spoonsesame seeds
  6. Salt and black pepper,to taste
  7. Bread:
  8. 20-25 pcsbread
  9. Cream/sauce
  10. 1 cupyoghurt
  11. 1/2 cuptahina
  12. 1/8 cupparsley,minced
  13. Salt and black pepper
  14. 1 spoonlemon juice
  15. Fillings: Inside the bread,
  16. Falafel
  17. Tomato,sliced
  18. Cucumber,sliced

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the falafel mixture the fry in deep oil.

  2. 2

    Mix the mixture of cream/sauce.

  3. 3

    Prepare everything before start to fill the sandwich.

    First,open the side of bread half only. Then Wipe the cream inside the bread up and down the put tge fillings (tomato,falafel and cucumber).

    Put the plate and serve.

I love making different kinds of food,.I'm not a professional chief but i had a knowledge for cooking.And i learned all this thru my hobby to search and discover some kind of foods..😊😊😊😍😍😍But most of my foods are Arabic foods,,and i don't have Filipino food but doesn't mean i dont know how to cook Filipino food.. Hi, question pls. I found a place where I can order Falafel Dry Mix... I dont know what it means exactly. Is that pretty much the dough? And what do I add to make it into this? :)
