  • 2table spoons Mainda
  • 4table spoon corn floor
  • to tasteSalt
  • as requiredOil for frying
  • as required Mayonnaise and Sczewan chutney

Steps

    Boil Potato with peel - Cornflour and Mainda and Salt as per Taste - Add water and make better for Frying - Dip potato in this Better and than fry it in oil -make a mix better of Sczewan chutney mandayonise in another Bowl - Than spread better of may on is and Sczewan chutney on the fried potatoes - The Item is ready to serve and garnish it with Coriander Leaves - Serve in Glass Plate
