Take a jar and add sprout moong and ½ cup water. Grind coarsely. Take a bowl and add besan,hladi powder, jeera and salt.

Mix well and make thick paste.

Now add moong paste and mix well. Now add cabbage,onion

Grated potato,chilli, Ginger and coriander

Now add chilli flakes and mix well and add 3 tbsp water.

Heat a pen & grease the oil. Pour ½ cup batter on pen & spread it.

Will bake till brown colour comes from both sides. By applying some oil.
